Bill Witte - About

Who Is Bill Witte?

Like many people I come from a family that has a history of various health issues and diseases that stem from poor nutrition and lack of exercise. With that in mind I knew that I needed to make a change in my lifestyle and gain more control over my health and future.

Growing up I was active but not strong, toned or in shape…although round is shape, it wasn’t what I was going for. My friends were all athletes and the more I was around them I noticed that they were able do a lot more than me based on their strength and endurance. I wanted to make changes in my body composition and get in shape so I could have the same advantage as my friends. My journey began by running to add some cardio into my routine along with purchasing a set of dumbells and a bench to incorporate strength training. I used my knowledge from what I learned from my friends to create my own workout regimen. The addition of running and a solid strength training program allowed me to not only get in shape but also realize that I do have control over my health; the better I take care of my body the better my body takes care of me.

As I started improving my life I realized that we as a society are overwhelmed with numerous diseases that affect millions of Americans every year regardless of age, gender or race. I decided to educate myself in the health and fitness industry so I can make a positive impact on the lives of others and help them live a better tomorrow.

In 2005 I started my educational journey to continue improving my well being and the health and fitness of others. Through many hours of educational seminars, workshops and hands on experience I found my start to a very fulfilling and promising career. The most rewarding aspect of being a personal trainer for me is positively impacting the way my client’s live, look and feel. Through my personal journey, I've learned that being healthy and in shape allows us to have a new outlook of our self image. In my years of personal training I’ve helped my clients overcome obstacles and achieve goals that they never thought were possible.

At the end of the day being healthy and in shape depends on how well your body is functioning as a whole. Any dysfunction in your body's kinetic chain prevents your muscles from firing synergistically. Although goals can’t be achieved overnight, a positive attitude, hard work and dedication will help you get the results you strive for. Now that I have established a solid foundation I hope to continue helping those who are looking to make positive changes in their life and take the steps needed to be healthy, get fit and live a better tomorrow.
